The Off Kicks Standard
How we authenticate
Authenticity isn't a badge we add at the end. It's a series of checks every piece goes through, from where we source it to the moment it's packed for you.
-
Verified Sourcing
Every piece starts with where it comes from. We source from trusted resellers, brand outlets and verified marketplaces, and an item's origin is the first thing we check.
-
Expert Inspection
Before anything is approved, our team inspects it, checking the details that set a genuine piece apart, with attention to what matters for each brand and model.
-
Additional Verification
Some pieces call for a closer look. When they do, we take further verification steps before the item moves forward.
-
Final Approval
Only items that pass our checks are approved, packed and dispatched. Every order is verified before it leaves us.
-
Our Commitment
Everything sold on Off Kicks is guaranteed genuine. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and our team will work with you on a resolution, as set out in our policies.
