Can I cancel my order?
At Off Kicks, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
We request customers to carefully review product details (size, condition, delivery timeline) before confirming their purchase.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
All sales are final.
Replacement Policy (Defective Products Only)
We offer a replacement only if the product received is defective.
If you receive a defective product, please follow the steps below:

Clear images/videos of the defect

A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
If a replacement is not available, an alternative solution will be provided at our discretion.
