01 Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every branded item is sourced from verified sellers and trusted suppliers, then checked by our team before dispatch.

Our Seiko Mods are custom-built watches using genuine Seiko base movements with aftermarket components. They are not factory-made Seiko watches and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by Seiko or any luxury brand whose design they may be inspired by.

02 How long will my order take?

For standard products, orders are generally dispatched within 6–7 working days, unless a different timeline is mentioned on the product page.

Some products are sourced specifically after you order, so the individual shipping timeline shown on the product page takes priority.

Seiko Mods currently have a listed shipping timeline of 18–20 days.

03 How does Cash on Delivery work?

Our COD option works through a partial payment. You pay 35% of the product value online to confirm your order, and the remaining 65% is paid in cash when your order is delivered.

A ₹500 COD surcharge applies to COD orders.

If we're unable to source your item, your 35% advance will be refunded in full.

04 How much is shipping? Will I pay customs?

Shipping is free on orders of ₹5,000 and above. Orders below ₹5,000 have a ₹349 shipping charge.

All orders are shipped from our Mumbai office. Prices include applicable GST, and there are no customs or import duties to pay at your doorstep for standard deliveries within India.

05 Can I return or exchange my order?

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing/fit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within the applicable reporting period with the required photos and unboxing video.

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

06 Can I cancel my order?

Because many products are sourced specifically after you place an order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If we're unable to source your item, we'll cancel the order and refund the amount you've paid.

07 How do I find my size?

Sneakers are listed in UK sizes. We recommend checking the size information on the product page before ordering.

If you're unsure between sizes, contact our team before placing your order. Since we don't offer exchanges for fit or sizing, we're happy to help you choose the right size beforehand.
